In short, my sole focus is to help families avoid collapse after the death or disability of a loved one.

In addition to practicing as an attorney for last twenty years, i am also a certified family/divorce mediator, certified conscious uncoupling coach, certified HeartMath™ resilience coach, and Certified Medium and energy healer. What this means is that when we work together, I bring more than just a legal mind and skill to the table; I bring a holistic perspective grounded in peace, healing, and love.

Derek, brings to DePrima Law, P.C. the magic behind the curtain. He is our esteemed law clerk often engaged in organizing documents, preparing for meetings and ensuring all systems are working. Not only is he an amazing law clerk, he is also my son. We pride ourselves on knowing that our family gets to help and support your family, and having him at the office serves as a constant reminder about why life and legacy planning is so important.

We also have a part-time Client Success Specialist to help keep our clients on track and answer their important questions and concerns, or be a liason to our attorneys, and a remote receptionsist and drafting paralegal.
